Organizational Diagnosis and Assessment

The focus of organizational diagnosis and assessment is investigation, not canned training presentations for clients.  A representative from Fox Management meets with managers/leaders to investigate the current workplace situation before developing a course of action, which may include training, to solve the challenges faced by management and associates.

Steps in diagnosis and assessment include:

Meet with management for the initial investigatory consultation.
Assess the current situation through interviews, internal documents, and observations.
Development of a model for training and/or re-education.
Implementation of the model.
Feedback and follow-up.

Organizational Diagnosis and Assessment Goals

To develop a model that will examine all operational systems impacting the organization.
To create a solution model that will include periodic assessment and feedback.
To create fundamental, strategic organizational change.
To assess progress towards change.
To formalize change activities that organizational leaders will manage in the future.
